By providing connections to meaningful work, creativeretirement, and lifelong learning, public libraries can recharge themselves, millions of individuals, and all our communities.

Lifelong Access Libraries is a multi-year, national initiative that aims to

transform libraries into centers of lifelong learning and civic engagement for active older adults. It is a project of Libraries for the Future (formerly known as Americans for Libraries Council), made possible by a generous grant from The Atlantic Philanthropies.
